Donations made to LDF are used for spay and neuter surgeries, direct animal care and food, medications, vet expenses and several times a year, used to help finance large-scale sterilization clinics in Mexico. In the Richmond area, we rescue many feral-born kittens and have a large adoption program and always need help covering our foster program costs! We take our commitment to grass-roots funding very seriously because the animals depend on us!
